Yeah I’ve actually had Drutex windows for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty honest take.
I was in the exact same situation back then, deciding between UK suppliers and Polish ones, and to be fair I went with Drutex mainly because of the specs vs price. What I can say now is that they’ve held up really well. No issues with seals, no drafts, nothing warped — everything still works like it should.
Biggest difference for me was insulation. You definitely notice it in winter, the house just holds heat better, and also it’s noticeably quieter inside compared to what I had before. I wouldn’t say UK windows are bad, but from what I saw at the time, Polish ones just offered more in terms of what you get for the money.
Only thing I’d say is make sure whoever installs them knows what they’re doing, because that makes a huge difference. I’ve seen people complain about good windows just because of poor fitting.
But yeah, from my side after 6 years — no regrets at all. I’d go the same route again.
