Hi, I’ll share a slightly different perspective. In my case, the decision wasn’t mainly about saving money but about convenience and peace of mind. Before installing the system, I was worried it would require constant attention, but in reality it has only needed occasional servicing and making sure that nothing unsuitable goes into the system that could disrupt its operation.
It’s also worth remembering that this type of system isn’t the best fit for every property, so it’s a good idea to check the ground conditions and any local requirements before making a decision. If the system is properly designed and installed, it can operate very reliably without causing many issues. For me, the biggest advantage is that I hardly have to think about wastewater management anymore. If I had to choose again, I would still go with a home wastewater treatment system instead of a traditional septic tank.
