Hi, i think I’d start by figuring out where most of the heat is coming from. If the main issue is south- or west-facing windows, reducing the amount of direct sunlight can make a bigger difference than you might expect. You can always add air conditioning later if that still isn’t enough. In my opinion, it’s worth trying the simpler solutions first before investing in more expensive equipment.
