If you’re looking for the biggest impact first, I’d generally say:
– Loft insulation
– Draught-proofing
– Cavity wall insulation (if suitable)
– Internal or external wall insulation for solid-wall properties
That order seemed to give the best balance of cost versus benefit in our case.
