Hi, I was wondering the same at first and honestly thought I might be overpaying, but after some time I don’t regret it. The biggest difference for me was during winter — before, it always felt cold near the windows, and now the temperature in the room feels much more even. It’s also noticeably quieter.
As for energy bills, there was some improvement, but nothing dramatic. I noticed the comfort more than huge savings.
To be honest, if the price difference had been really big, I probably would have gone with good quality triple-glazed windows instead. A lot also depends on the installation itself.
