I pretty much feel the same as the comment above 😄 For me, the smart thermostat was definitely the most worthwhile part. Being able to set heating schedules and control everything from my phone is genuinely convenient and probably helps save a bit of energy too.
I only have smart lighting in a few places and honestly that feels more like a nice extra/convenience than a huge money saver.
I also probably wouldn’t go for a fully “ultra smart” house, because the more automation you add, the more things can randomly stop working or need updates 😅 A simpler setup seems to work best day to day.
