Hi, for me, underfloor heating is just more comfortable in everyday life — you walk into the house and don’t get that feeling of cold floors or uneven warmth in different parts of the room. Everything feels steady and cozy, especially in winter.
But radiators also have their advantage — when it’s cold, they heat the room up faster, so you don’t have to wait long for the whole house to warm up.If I had to choose again, I’d probably install underfloor heating in the areas where you spend most of your time and walk around, and keep radiators in places like bedrooms or less-used rooms. That mix seems the most sensible to me, because you don’t overspend and it’s still comfortable.
